No way. Vinnie would not be counselor age that year.The batter is probably 10-12 years old, making him a circa 1960-1963 birthdate. Those are folks in their late 40s now, or turning 50. And the counselor had to be 13-16 or so, now around 51-54. Where are they? Let's ask them.

It's not Donald Campbell. He's a left-handed batter.
Donald Campbell would have been 15 in 1973. He was born in '58, so the batter clearly isn't him. No way that's Vinny Sahi. I don't think it's Rick Kaplan either. I agree with Leslie. I think it's Eric Breslin.

It is, without question, my good friend Eric Breslin. I have a picture of him from around the same time, standing on the dock with me and Eugene Cunningham. If the picture was taken in 1973, he turned 16 on July 4th that year.
It is Eric Breslin. Absolutely and positively. (so says Jackie Zeisler)
I saw Vinnie this Saturday and he clearly said that the counselor in the picture is not him. Vinnie's guess is that the fellow pictured is about 5 years older.
DEfinetely not a Vautier. We were all older than Eric Breslin and would have been in our mid to late teens at the time this picture was taken
